Good place for larger groups

Here’s a smoother, more polished version of your review:The space was amazing—there was plenty of room and lots of beds for everyone. The girls had a great time enjoying all the games, especially the pool table and chess set. Even the mini restaurant-style booths were a fun touch. The sofas in the living room were huge and made the space feel extra comfortable.The only thing that would have made our stay even better was access to the backyard. However, we understand that renovations are currently underway, and once that’s finished, it’s going to be an incredible addition to the property.While the home showed a little age in places, it had everything we needed and served its purpose perfectly. The apartment was also a great bonus and added even more value to our stay.Dale was an awesome host. He even let some of our moms, who arrived early, in so that they could start planning dinner for the girls when they arrived. Thank you, Dale. We will definitely use it again.

Came down with an entire baseball team for a tournament, couldn’t have been more perfect! Great location. Everything needed to keep everyone comfortable.

We stayed for a funeral so we didn't spend much time there. The house was clean. Had everything we needed. It was quirky in a fun way. The kids loved the cafe booths and games provided. There were a few weird things though. Like holes in one of the front doors you could see to the out side. Lots of spider webs on the front porch. It said they are redoing the back yard but it just looks trashed a d unkept. Foil on the windows gave it creepy vibes. But it was clean fits a lot of people and did what we needed it to.
