The outdoor area has an outdoor summer kitchen with bar b q, refrigerator, small freezer, outdoor sink, side burner for concocting your own creations, outdoor dining area or bring your dinner indoors; order in or feast at many fine dining establishments. Feel like a King and Queen in your own cozy, quiet, slice of paradise, hideaway, spa-like retreat. Sleep like a baby with black out blinds in the master bedroom, and living room for the privacy you seek, or let the abundant sun light shine in. 85" big screen tv for cable and streaming. Casa Contessa jr, is located inside a private golf cart friendly community with boat ramp, and private beach. Located on a wide canal on the Gulf side, with an easy scenic 2 minute ride to open Gulf and Ocean waters. Minutes away from world famous Alligator Reef light house with glistening clear water for swimming. Private boat dock space in back yard for an up to 26' boat (upon request inquiries welcome for additional charge due to added water consumption and costs). Minutes from major marinas such as Caloosa Cove, Safe Harbour, Whale Harbour and many more to choose from if you prefer dry storing your watercraft and ready for you to just hop on (call marinas ahead of booking to reserve your spot due to availability). Many services are also available upon request with additional pre-contracted special pricing, such as a private in house massage (we know the best masseuse on the island), additional housekeeping, back country and deep sea fishing charters with the best on the island, Two Conch, Bud & Mary's, and many more, private transportation from Miami International Airport available if needed (additional charges apply inquiries welcome). Home has security camera pointing to boat, pool equipment on the side of the house, front door, and has motion detection lighting on perimeter for safety and lighting should you walk around the side of the house.
