About this house rental
Welcome to Destination Paradise! Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. This lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Sarasota. This home is only 10 minutes from the world-renowned Siesta Key Beach! Come, let the adventure begin!
As you make your way to the front door, you will find the beautifully manicured landscaping and lush foliage all around you. Upon entering, you are greeted by an open concept floor plan. The living room boasts two large leather couches and plenty of space for you to unwind after a day at the beach. Adjacent, you will find the dining table that can accommodate up to five comfortably. There is also a set of doors leading out to the lovely screened-in lanai. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts stainless-steel appliances and spacious granite countertops making it simple to prepare your family's favorite treats!
Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find a hallway leading you to the first bedroom. This bedroom boasts two twin-size beds and offers plenty of closet space for your personal belongings. The main bathroom, located down the hall, showcases a gorgeous vanity and a large shower/tub combo.
Your master oasis awaits!! Boasting a comfortable king-size bed and a stunning mirrored desk, where you can set up your laptop/tablet and work remotely! Attached is the master bathroom, which offers a large vanity with granite countertops and a walk-in shower.
Time to head out to the backyard retreat! As you make your way out through the doors, you will find the spacious backyard! The lanai offers two separate seating areas. There are two-day chairs, along with a splendid wooden picnic table! Through the screen door, you will be able to enjoy the spacious yard. This space is the perfect area for you to spend the day playing cornhole with your loved ones!

This house rental is very welcoming and it has been one of the cleanest properties I've ever experienced.
It is centralized to all your needs & most importantly minutes from Siesta Key beach. Other beaches are just 1-1.5 hours away too.
My family & I try enjoyed our stay. The house is equipped with all your daily essentials and it made our stay so much easier and comfortable.
I had absolutely no issues during our stay & will most definitely consider renting
It again and recommending this rental to others.
The neighborhood is safe and clean and it makes the stay much more peaceful.

It's once of the cleanest properties I've ever stayed in. Amazing job to whoever takes care of the upkeep because it IS noticeable and as a renter, much appreciated. Also, the property is very welcoming and it's so close to a lot of beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The location is perfect! We didn't enjoy the beds. The master bedroom too, oddly, was the only room in the house that stayed very warm despite the fan or a/c temperature change.

The home was spacious and inviting. Tasteful decor with modern appliances. Definitely can accommodate a family of six if there was a need. Onsite laundry was a plus. Would definitely stay here again!
