Very accurate in the listing. There are SO MANY places to sleep. The living space may be a bit small for 20 persons, but if you are needing a LOT of bed space, this place has it. Hot water, clean fridge, comfortable space. Across the street is a community garden and park. There are lots of great places to eat within a few minutes. This place seemed close to everything we wanted to do. When I had a question, Andy was quick to reply and accommodating when we had a change in plans. Just remember, these are not YOUR beds. They will not feel like home. However, there was a variety and lots of blankets and pillows available.

This property was perfect for our family! The home was exactly like the pictures. It is spacious and clean. The location was convenient and in a safe neighborhood. Twenty of us stayed at this house and were very comfortable during our stay. Check-in was seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting St. Paul!

House was as described and was big enough for our group to spread out. Only thing missing was there was a roku for the living room tv but we weren't ever able to find the remote. It was fine though as we didn't spend much time watching TV.

The house was presentable and had pretty much anything you would need (minus seasoning), but we did find garbage under couches and it was smelly. We had to air out the house for a long time when we got there. The home is multiple levels and you can hear everything. Sleeping is great for a big group. Linens and beds were clean. The neighborhood is not great. If you don’t have cars it’s probably fine. There is a lot of noise from trains and lack of any other locks then the electronic keypad There was someone living in their car in driveway and after talking with local police they told us we should sleep with sharp objects and leave our cars unlocked or we will end up with soup. We stayed one night and left for hotel on other side of city where neighborhood is much better. I didn’t know area and looked fine online but when you get there it’s wrong side of city. Convienent to downtown.
