Location was great, a short walk to downtown and the waterfront. The rental was not particularly clean and was probably rushed to market after a low effort flip. Faucets and bath fixtures are not properly installed, door handles are not mounted correctly, light fixtures are limited and its often the equivalent of a plain bulb in the ceiling. Glass top range has not been properly cleaned, and has a crusty brown coating on each burner. Trim was roughly painted, just one of many details overlooked on the property. Dishwasher not anchored so it slopes forward when you open and load it. Bathroom was not clean, walls were kind of gross and don't even look at the base of the toilet.Its the kind of place that if you just did a quick walk-though you'd think it was fine. Any level of inspection or use reveals the build and quality of a La Quinta Inn, but at Hotel Indigo prices. In general we expect to stay in a place that is equivalent or better than our home, but this was not that.
