🚗 Parking Information
St Thomas MOA requires parking fees to be paid to them before arrival by website link or when you arrive at the complex by scanning a QR code. The website link will be sent after booking. These fees are in addition to any fees already paid to Signature Destinations. Parking Fees are: Automobiles $23.33 per vehicle, Motorcycles $11.85 per motorcycle, and Boat Trailer Parking and Boat Dock Access $287.62. Due to limited space, authorization from STS Management is required before arrival for anyone bringing a boat on property. Maximum of 2 vehicles per unit in the gated area. Additional vehicles must also be registered, but must park outside of the gated area. Vehicles without this new digital permit will be towed without warning.
