You will have it all with this newly built custom home. “This Must Be The Place” has 3 owner suites with king beds and private bathrooms, bunk room with king, queen and 2 twins, Gourmet Kitchen, 2 new 6 passenger carts, huge screened in deck overlooking the golf course with plenty of seating and much more.
Enjoy golf, pools, restaurants and most amenities at both island clubs. This Must Be The Place is located on the 6th fairway of Bald Head Island Course, across from the Kayak Launch. You will have a choice of guest memberships at either BHI Club or the Shoals Club. The BHI membership is Lifestyle with golf available. You will be close to the marina, shops and restaurants located in that part of the island.
Get out on the water! Take a relaxing a relaxing stroll in Bald Head Creek and enjoy the wildlife and peace of the marsh. This Must Be The Place provides 2 kayaks, a large canoe and a Stand Up Paddle Board. The Kayaks are located right across the street in the Kayak Launch area, no having to haul kayaks around.

Relax in the back deck with a beverage or meal and enjoy the comfort of the large couch or the big table and enjoy the privacy while watching the golfers. We were so happy with “This must be the Place” right when we walked through the front door. It is beautifully decorated, well equipped and very comfortable. Our family enjoyed their lovely private bedrooms with baths, and even Milo, our dog, had his own inside dog house!

This is our second year in the same house and it was wonderful. The house is clean, big & cozy at the same time. Our family is growing and it accommodates everyone and all their needs. The kitchen has everything we needed to make all our meals including our grab boil….so much fun. The screened in porch was great for naps and eating our meals. The HOT out door shower was fabulous and the chairs for the beach and towels were provided. It was a yummy beach trip with all the perks and we took advantage of the club membership this year. We were still in off season so it was not crowded which was great. We have been coming to Bald Head for 27 years and this is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in.

Wonderful home and location was perfect! We enjoyed our morning walks to Old Baldy and the marina.The homeowners thought of everything when stocking this home. The beds were super comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.I look forward to renting this home again in the future!

Beautiful home, nice views of the golf course, private backyard with cute deer sightings, and excellent communication from iTrip ensuring our stay is a memorable one. The only downside to this rental is…having to leave! Book a couple days longer than you think you want to stay, you’ll thank me later! 😀
