What a property and location - what a view! Easy access to the pool and hot tub, and other Hamilton Cove amenities but just enough away from town to feel remote. Beach Club is just around the corner.

The VIEWS are stunning! The unit was comfortable with comfy furniture nicely oriented to the ocean views. The patio furniture was nice, but a few chaise lounge chairs would be ideal. Our unit came with a 6 pax golf cart which was nice. Be prepared, it does get cold on cooler nights coming back from town so bring extra layers. The cart isn't fully enclosed by canvas as several of the zippers are broken. LOCATION - I felt rather misled by the listing as it is almost completely reliant upon golf cart transportation. The VRBO listing states that town is a 15 min walk. Not the case, it is at least a 35-40 min walk from the unit to town. It is very hilly so you will be going up/down some steep hills to get from the unit to town. We were with our two kids (17 and 20) and had planned to allow them to drive the cart and have their own space while we walked into town. When we got to the unit, there was a sign that you must be 21 to drive the golf cart. I wish they had been UPFRONT about that rule in the listing, we would've stayed in town. Others issues for us - the only outlet in the primary bathroom didn't work so we had to blow dry hair, etc. in other mirrors around the house. We also ran out of toilet paper on the 2nd night. There was not one extra roll left in the vanities/cupboards and we looked EVERYWHERE. They say they left 5, not true. We had to go to the gym for a few extra squares. They delivered more in the morning. Also, the unit is up 70 stairs! Be prepared w/ luggage.
