This is a 1 Queen Bedroom, 1 Sofa Bed, and 2 Bunkbeds. Queen Bed in large bedroom and the walk space around bed is narrow, between 1ft to 1.5 ft. The sofa bed is full size and under the Bunkbeds, it is already made up.
No railing on Bunkbeds. Large Bunk is 70" long x 31" wide and the Small Bunk is 61" long x 28" wide.
What is RV Glamping? It’s a unique travel experience that combines camping and comfort in a luxurious RV suite, with all the amenities you’d expect in a high-end hotel. You can enjoy a rustic atmosphere, while sleeping in a comfortable bed and cooking in a full-sized kitchen.
There is 1 Bathroom with a shower (LIMITED HOT WATER - 5 GALLONS), sink, and toilet. The Hot Water Heater is only 5 Gallons, takes about 30 minutes to Heat in between Showers or dishes. This unit has heating, air conditioning, a fireplace inside, and a full working kitchen with brand new appliances! Your home away from home. This unit has a outdoor chairs and a grill with an outdoor mini fridge.
You can hear the coyotes and occasional dogs barking at night. You are welcome to wander the property. We always have fresh eggs to share. Steps into RV

Very nice getaway for New Year's Eve. Just a mile or so off of I-25 but feels like being in the country. Easy day trip to the VLA (Very Large Array). The RV had everything we needed and more (fresh eggs!). It was very clean and well-stocked. Probably would be a little crowded for more than 2-3 people. The property owners were available nearby. Dog friendly!
