About this house rental
The rural holiday home Son Grauet is nestled within an idyllic landscape near Llucmajor and boasts stylish and luxurious furnishings. The house combines traditional Majorcan charm with industrial chic, natural materials and elegant white and beige colours. The 2-storey house consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, fans and satellite TV. In the outdoor area a balcony, a garden, an open and roofed terrace, parasols, sunbeds and a grill await you. In the lounge area you can drink a glass of wine in the fresh air and enjoy a successful holiday. Forget the stress of everyday life while refreshing yourself in the 32 m² pool. In Llucmajor (3.4 km or a 5-minute drive away) you will find a selection of restaurants, cafés and shops and in 25 km or a 30-minute drive from the accommodation you will reach the popular sandy beach Platja es Trenc. Also Palma de Mallorca is only 15 km from the property.
Parking is available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Smoking is allowed. Pets are allowed upon request. Please note that there is a horse near the house.

Pros: Tolle Pool- und Außenanlange.
Sehr schöne Inneneinrichtung.
Cons: Sehr harte Matratzen. Teilweise komischer Geruch im Haus.

Pros: Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Finka ist wunderschön. Sowohl innen, als auch außen. Toller Pool und eine sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Gastgeber sind sehr, sehr freundlich. Alles verlief unkompliziert. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.
