About this villa rental
In a valley not far from the small town of Artà you will find the natural stone finca Es Pinaro Sanso, which is quietly situated between gentle hills and lush vegetation on a 7,109 m², completely enclosed property. The beautiful Finca, which combines rustic charm with modern comfort, has a living-dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and therefore can accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, fans, a fireplace, satellite TV, a baby bed and a high chair. A relaxed holiday atmosphere awaits you in the outdoor area, which offers a high level of privacy and is covered with lush vegetation. Whether on the partially covered veranda, the covered barbecue area or the 32 m² private pool - here you will find a variety of seating and comfortable lounge furniture under shady parasols. Prepare fresh meals in the open air or relax on the sun loungers. From the roof terrace you have a breathtaking view of the Parc natural de la península de Llevant and Artà. Here the stress of everyday life is quickly forgotten! To Artà, where you will find a supermarket as well as pretty cafés and restaurants, it is a 20-minute walk or a 10-minute drive.
Parking is available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The property can also be rented for events if you contact the owner beforehand. After consultation with the owner 2 other persons can also be guests in the Finca. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
There is split A/C (cold and heat) in each bedroom, in the living room and in the kitchen. There is a wood heater with an external tube to heat up the house.
Charging electric cars on the property is prohibited.

Pros: Beautiful, modern finca in Arta. Short walk to the city center. Big pool and garden. Check-in was very easy and we met the very helpful and nice owners a couple of days later.
Cons: We would have loved to have a few more of the absolut basics (toilet paper, garbage bags etc.) at hand for our ten day stay.

Pros: Sehr nette Besitzerin (wir durften sogar früher einchecken) , tolle Finca mit einer super Ausstattung und sehr schönem Ambiente. Der Pool und das Grundstück waren traumhaft.

Pros: Die Finca ist im landestypischen Stil, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet.
Sie ist mit einem schönen, liebevoll gepflegtem Garten umgeben. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten sind für alle Gegebenheiten vorhanden, am Pool mit Sonnenliegen, einer großen Gartenloungesitzecke mit Sonnenschirm und einem überdachten und für den Abend beleuchteten Esstisch bieten für jeden Moment Wohlbefinden.
An dem Esstisch schließt sich ein Gartengrill mit Art Aussenküche an. Hier gibt es auch ein Spüle mit Wasseranschluss.
Am Haus direkt gibt es eine schöne Terrasse mit Sonnenschutz. Der gesamte Ausgangsbereich ist überdacht und bietet ebenfalls noch eine Sitzmöglichkeit.
Wer mag, kann noch auf der Dachterrasse Ausschau halten, die über eine Treppe hinter dem Haus erreichbar ist.
Sehr gut ist auch, dass die Unterkunft mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet ist.
Im Bereich der Küche fehlt es auch an nichts.
Vorteilhaft ist auch, dass man in ca. 15 Minuten, Fußweg im Zentrum von Arta ist.

Pros: Traumhafte Außenanlage mit toller Beleuchtung. Obstkorb, Wein und Wasser zur Begrüßung.
Cons: die beschriebenen Ventilatoren fehlten. Der Ameisenbefall im Haus war beträchtlich auch nach vorgenommenen Massnahmen.
