In the small village of Cala'n Bosch, at the southwestern tip of Menorca, the beautiful holiday home A12 is part of a complex with several apartments sharing a spacious outdoor area. Located on the first floor, the apartment features a living room with modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds), and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and TV are provided. Outside, you’ll find an open, furnished terrace perfect for al fresco dining. Start your day with a delicious breakfast under the Menorcan sun or enjoy warm summer evenings with a glass of wine. The communal pool, children’s pool, and outdoor shower offer a refreshing escape on hot days.
Shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés are just 250 m or a 3-minute walk away, and the nearest beach, Cala'n Bosch, is 550 m or a 6-minute walk from the property.
Street parking is available. Bed linens and towels are included.
