Nestled along the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix, this custom-built waterfront retreat offers stunning panoramic views, rich woodwork, and thoughtfully designed spaces that invite you to slow down and fully embrace Northern Michigan living. From expansive windows overlooking the narrows to quiet nooks perfect for unwinding, every detail has been curated for comfort and connection.
Tucked away at the end of a shared gravel drive, this private two-story home offers a peaceful setting for your family or group of 8 with parking for up to three vehicles, in accordance with township regulations. The outdoor features include a wraparound porch and spacious lakeside deck, both gas and charcoal grills for versatile outdoor cooking and an outdoor dining area ideal for meals with a view.
The backyard is designed for true lakeside living, with steps leading down to a private dock and sitting platform and direct lake access along with a firepit for evening by the water.
The main floor features an open-concept layout designed for gathering and relaxation. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar and flows seamlessly into the dining area and spacious living room. Towering cathedral windows frame breathtaking views of the lake, creating a light-filled, welcoming atmosphere throughout. This level also includes a bedroom with a king bed, a full bathroom, and combination mudroom/laundry room with washer and dryer and seperate wash tub.
Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom. One bedroom features a king bed. The second is a larger room with one queen bed and two full beds, along with more incredible lake views.

Such a beautiful lake house—everything we hoped it would be. The dock is perfect for sunning and swimming. Close to all the towns. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for a family getaway.

Beautiful house on a beautiful lake - close to restaurants, local attractions. Perfect for our fall weekend trip. Bring your own shampoo - we had about 1 tablespoon for 2 people for 3 days. Bring your own pillow if you like soft pillows. We were able to check in one hour early
