This quaint cottage is located in the heart of the historic district on Main Street in Nantucket, covered with roses and beautiful flowers it is the perfect getaway. Beautifully decorated 3 bedroom and 2 bath house. Home includes central air conditioning & heat, front living room, eat-in kitchen, private side patio with teak furniture, gas grill, washer & dryer on premises, 1 off street parking spot. Only a 5 minute walk to downtown. Also, flat screen TV and high speed internet. The house has the option to also rent out a renovated 2 bedroom & 1 bath guest cottage on the property based on availability. (With the cottage the property can accommodate up to 12 guests)

We recently returned to Nantucket and as always, the island was absolutely spectacular in June. Our stay was made even more enjoyable by this wonderful VRBO property. We've chosen to stay in the same house multiple times and for good reason. The owners are incredibly accommodating; the home is impeccably maintained and it offers all the comforts of home.We especially enjoyed the private yard where we spent many evenings grilling and dining outdoors. The location is another major highlight - it's an easy walk to downtown Nantucket, making it convenient to enjoy everything the island has to offer while still having a peaceful retreat to return to at the end of the day.We highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again on future visits to Nantucket.

We had an excellent stay & Peter could not have been more helpful! The location is perfect, excellent communication with host, super clean & comfortable beds. Check-in and check-out were super smooth. Hope to book again next year. Highly recommend!
