About this cottage rental
Adorable pet-friendly cottage within walking distance to downtown Saugatuck and all it has to offer. Main room offers a gas fireplace, TV and full kitchen with a pull-out loveseat and space to dine. Queen bed in bedroom, ensuite bath with shower and laundry room. A/C, ceiling fans & shady setting. Private parking and outdoor garden area. Perfect stay for a couple + pets. Be sure to take advantage of the popular restaurant The Southerner right next door. The restaurant can be quite busy in the summer so there's fantastic people watching from your private patio but it ends service at 10pm so no late night noise or commotion.

We found this quaint little cottage by chance, while looking for a place to stay in Saugatuck, and we’re so glad we did. It is a perfect size for 1 or 2 people. Communication with the host and the check-in process was flawless. The cottage sits off of the parking lot of The Southerner restaurant. There are two dedicated spots in front of the cottage for guest parking. It was easy to find and when we checked in, the cottage was spotless. Additionally, there was plenty of necessities (TP, Soaps, Towels) and we found the kitchen so be fairly well stocked with cooking/eating utensils. The living area is attached to the kitchen area, with a wall separating that from the bedroom. A small table is present next to the couch. The bedroom is spacious, with a queen bed, a closet and the bathroom. Everything was immaculately clean. We will definitely stay again!

I stayed here with my 2 dogs and loved the place. It is top notch in all categories and I plan to stay here again in the future. I would recommend this rental 100%.

The size was perfect for my adult daughter and I for a few days. The kitchen was well-stocked and it was nice to have a Keurig and coffee pot, with coffee supplied for each. We even used the fireplace one night! Great location! Easy 10 minute walk to town, and far enough away that it was quiet. We took the Chain Ferry in town to get across the river to lots of hiking trails and Oval Beach. Thanks for making our first time to Saugatuck so enjoyable!
