This is my 2nd year at this property. I stay for 5 days and this location is perfect for my purposes, a solitary retreat. It’s mostly quiet and peaceful, and fairly private, except on weekends. The rooms are small but clean, cute and functional, comfortable beds and the kitchen has the basics. It’s the river front patio that does it for me. This year I was fortunate to have wonderful neighbors (other guests) that shared the patio w/ me on the weekend, otherwise I had it all to myself. Will most definitely book again for next year.

This was a very nice place. It was clean and perfect by the water. Communication from the company that manages it was not great. We had to call a few hours before our arrival as we were not given instructions to get in. It is difficult to find so directions would be helpful. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper so we had to buy more and the toaster needs to be replaced. The place itself was great but there are a few things that need to be fixed to make easier.

It was a get away from the city, we fished, swam, ate, and relaxed. It was a perfect size for 3 adults. I would say my only 2 complaints would be the air conditioner as if it was hotter . If if was gotter than 95 it would be not cool enough and and pan with a lid. Show was amazing location was perfect.

Have stayed here many times. Not the same without Bob anymore. Everything was super crowded. Just wasnt the same experience we had staying there before. Luckily we had some awesome people staying there at the same time as us.
