This home is perfectly located between Charlevoix and Petoskey, just minutes from Bay Harbor and on a 1 acre property that backs up to a forest.

Beautiful. Very clean. Great facilities. 3 full baths, but one shower was not working. Front yard needs some maintenance. Everything was very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
