Our building is undergoing renovations September 1 through November 6, which is why we are offering significantly discounted rates during this period.
Construction is scheduled Monday–Friday, approximately 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. Our condo is on a high floor, and the unit itself remains beautiful, comfortable, and fully available for your stay. Beach access remains open!
During construction, some building amenities may be temporarily unavailable, including the pool, hot tub, fitness center, and ground-level restrooms.
We have priced these dates accordingly and want guests to know exactly what to expect before booking. If you’re comfortable with daytime weekday construction activity and possible amenity closures, this is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy our condo and the beach at a substantially reduced rate!

This is an INCREDIBLE corner unit that is decorated perfectly for Marco. We loved the kitchen and open balcony. This is our second time staying at one of Ginny’s properties. Both times were flawless stays. The biblical quotes are such a nice touch to the condo. We watched Manatees, Dolphins and Sea turtles everyday from the balcony. Even got to watch a decent size Lemon shark cruising along the beach early one morning. (Yes the ocean has sharks). Marco is such a unique place to stay. So close to the Everglades and the Keys. If you want to go eat somewhere special, go to the Oyster Society ! You will NOT be disappointed. My only regret giving such praise to this condo and to Ginny. Is the chance of making this harder to rent next year. Thanks again for sharing your Home away from Home Ginny. Till next time, Brian & Regena

We had an excellent week and would happily return. This is the 2nd time in 2 years that we have booked this condo. The condo is exactly as pictured and described, and is clean, comfortable and well maintained. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway on Marco Island!

We loved staying here. The views are spectacular especially the sunsets! The condo is perfect for a family beach week. The kitchen and beach locked are well stocked. We highly recommend staying here.

This condo was the nicest one I've stayed in... And I've stayed in some nice ones. The host, Jenny, was so responsive any time I contacted. She was great to work with.The whole condo was spotless. The beach view was wonderful and the laundry was excellent.I would definitely stay here again.
