Remarkable is the unbeatable location of this country house. It is 600 m from the beach and also only 2 km from the town of Alcúdia.
Beautiful outdoor area in the midst of Majorcan nature, private pool with an area for small children, surrounded by lawn and native trees, where you can only hear the chirping of birds.
Large furnished terrace with magnificent views of the landscape and mountains.
Fixed masonry grill and expansive terrace, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean sun.
The house accommodates a maximum of 5 people and features two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, each equipped with a fan; two bathrooms with bathtub,
a living-dining room with television and a fully equipped kitchen. Free WiFi, however limited to 5 GB.
Alcudia, located in the north-east of Mallorca, is an ecotourism municipality with great landscape diversity and 30 km of coastline.
You will find both beautiful beaches with fine, white sand, as well as sharp rocky beaches and small bathing coves of impressive beauty.

Just a few metres from the old town, right next to the church "St. Jaume", a cultural tour begins to the Roman settlement Pollentia, founded in 123 BC. It leads to the most interesting sites of the currently still preserved remains of Roman culture.

We really liked the accommodation and it exceeded our expectations. It's very suitable for families with children. The pool is fantastic. The amenities have everything you need. A little more cutlery would be great, especially if you're traveling with several people. The beach is easily accessible and quickly on foot. The garden is wonderful. However, you definitely need good insect spray for mosquitoes. We'd love to come back!
