Great location for University City and easy access to the rest of Philly. The space was perfectly adequate, comfortable and clean for two couples and one more person in our party. There are two steep flights of stairs to the apartment (and a third flight to the roof), so difficult for anyone with limited mobility. The host was easy to work with and always accessible through the VRBO app. Finally, as all the reviews say, the crown jewel of the property is a beautiful large roof deck with a fantastic view! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The apartment is comfortable, well appointed with excellent access to publis transportation and thus Drexel, Penn, and the city hall region. It is in a large city but felt neighborhood-ie. the apartment is a 3story walk up so if you have trouble on the stairs it’s not for you.
