Our large 1700sqft cabin boasts 2-bedrooms, 1-bath, and a huge loft area that's perfect for families or groups of friends. You'll feel right at home as soon as you step inside.
The master bedroom features a plush king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a cozy double bed. Up in the loft, you'll find a king bed, a bunk bed (2 twins), and a pullout couch, making it the perfect space for kids or extra guests. Plus, we've stocked the loft with toys, board games, an air hockey table, and an arcade game system, so there's plenty to keep everyone entertained.
When it's time to dine, gather around the large table that seats up to 6 guests comfortably. In the living room, sink into the comfy couches and enjoy cable TV with HBO, DVDs on the player, and WIFI Internet.
Outside, you'll find a large deck with plenty of seating for enjoying the fresh mountain air. And for those chilly nights, cozy up to the wood fireplace (wood not provided) and enjoy the warmth.
We've got your cooking needs covered too, with a full kitchen that includes a fridge, microwave, oven, and cookware. Fawnskin is the quiet side of the lake. Great for relaxation even on busy weekends. Cheaper than Big Bear lakefront cabins, still walking distance to the lake, and only minutes from the ski resorts and downtown shopping. It's very quiet and totally peaceful!!!

Conveniently located just 1/4 mile off the main highway, our property is easily accessible for those traveling by car. You'll find that we're just a short walk away from the lake, where you can enjoy various water activities or simply take in the beautiful scenery.
Our neighborhood is perfect for those who enjoy walking, with many great walks in the area that offer stunning views of the surrounding forest and mountains. For the more adventurous, there are also hiking trails nearby that are perfect for exploring.
In addition to the lake, there are plenty of other attractions in the area. Boat launches, Fawn Harbor Marina (boat rentals), and the Big Bear Discovery Center are all located nearby on the north side of Big Bear Lake. Hiking and jeep trails are also easily accessible in this area.

Our plan was to take the grandkids up to Big Bear to do some hiking over Easter break and it SNOWED! We didn't rent the cabin b/c of the sledding hill but it turns out we put it to good use.
Very nice cabin. Great location. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Fawnskin's Winter Cabin. The neighborhood was beautiful and very quiet and the house was gorgeous. Our kids LOVED the loft with the games and their "own space" :) Ben was very communicative and all the information was easy to find.

This was a great Big Bear location for our family of 7. Close to water activities, not far from local rock climbing area, and the always fun Alpine Slide. Kids enjoyed the loft with games on a rainy day and all the extra beds so everyone was comfortable. Grill was nice to have on the deck to grill up a quick dinner and I also appreciated the electric griddle to make pancakes.

It was a great stay at this cabin! Excellent location near the lake and all other essentials. It was PERFECT for the kiddos because the second floor offers a playroom and open space, along with beds to sleep. Would definitely stay here again!
