About this house rental
This spacious 517 m² holiday home is located in Sencelles, in the heart of Mallorca, and accommodates up to 12 guests. It features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with shower or bathtub, and an additional toilet. You'll have Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, and air conditioning (hot/cold) in all rooms. There is also a ping-pong table. The property is family-friendly, with toys and board games available on request.
Enjoy mountain views and relax in the large, fenced garden with a covered terrace, barbecue, and private outdoor pool. The estate is home to animals, including a small dog, 3 cats, and a donkey, as well as an orange grove and an area with washing machines.
Important information: The property is equipped with security cameras only in outdoor and service areas. Cameras are located at the entrance and access gates, parking area, orange grove, and the area with washing machines and animals. There are no cameras inside the house or in guest-exclusive areas, terraces, or pool.
The property follows a responsible energy use policy: you are asked to use energy carefully and responsibly. An additional charge applies based on the specific energy consumption during your stay.
Parking is available on the property. Parties and bachelor/bachelorette events are strictly prohibited, and groups of guests under 30 are not allowed.
Bars and restaurants are 3–5 minutes away by car (2 km), a shopping center is 4 minutes away (2 km), beaches are about 30 minutes away (25 km), and Palma Airport is around 30 minutes away (25 km).

The villa and surrounding land was beautiful. Old spacious house with some stunning views, complete with a pool and football area together with some amazing terraces. There was even a resident dog and cats who were a wonderful addition. The host also kindly left us a small food basket which was appreciated and was very responsive to our other enquiries.My only criticism are the beds. They are too small and not very comfortable which is a shame considering everything else was great.
