Beach Villas 2527 is located in the Beach Villas area of the largest resort on Captiva and is directly on the beach. The unit is a one bedroom condominium located on the second floor of a stilt building, there is an elevator available. The beautiful sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico, along with the condo pool can be viewed from the private lanai. This unit is recently updated. This comfortable unit has one king size bed located in the bedroom and pull out queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked, there is an inside and outside dining table for your enjoyment. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are provided with the stay. In addition, you will have access to the beach, pool, pickleball, tennis courts and BBQ grills located in the front of the unit. There are many great restaurants located in the Captiva center area off Andy Rosse Lane.
** This unit is not part of the largest resort on Captiva so guests will not be able to use the amenities of the resort including the resort water park, resort golf course, resort restaurants and Point pool.

My daughter and I had a very sweet weekend. The bed was comfortable, the living room area was cozy for movie nights, and the view was lovely. We did have to move our car quite a ways a way for the unexpected parking lot repaving on Friday. The tar smell was horrific and we couldnโt even enjoy coffee or meals on the porch. It even affected the beach, but we hiked further down until we smelled sea air only. Saturday was much better and less noxious fumes. We were also able to park in the condo parking lot.We thoroughly enjoyed your pretty space!Looking forward to staying there again someday.Thank you,Holly Jarrett

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The location was incredibly convenient, and the house was well maintained. The sunset views on the gulf were amazing.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great rental!

Fantastic location! Beautiful landscaping and everything was constantly being cleaned. Villa overlooked the pool. The gas grills and picnic tables were at the pool area. The beach was just beyond. Everything was so convenient. Loved the screened deck, but really appreciated the ceiling fan!! The bed had the most comfortable mattress. We wish we could have taken it back home with us!!!Early May is an ideal time to visit. We frequently had the pool to ourselves!The host was absolutely wonderful to work with and provided great tips to prepare for our trip and answered any questions after our arrival.
