The property met the size, bedroom and bathroom requirements for a family reunion. This is a very nice property and the hosts were extraordinarily responsive and corrected plumbing issues on a Saturday night and a Sunday afternoon within an hour of contacting.Overall the house is large, well laid out and worked extremely well for 6 couples plus kids. Kitchen was extremely well appointed, large with two frigs, two microwaves and more than enough kitchen hardware (Yes we cooked EVERY meal there).Awesome, and cannot be happier with the host.

This home is Wonderful! From the game activities in the garage, the pool table, the hot tub and plenty of room for cards and games, there's plenty to keep everyone entertained right at the house. It's so conveniently located, close to Estes and close to RMNP and outdoor activities outside the park, it is very handy! The home is very comfortable! a fully equipped kitchen, you really don't need to bring anything but the food you want to prepare. The beds are very comfortable, the living areas are spacious and comfortable, great for relaxing after a busy day. The hot tub is large and super comfortable as well. The check in process is so easy, we had great communication from reserving, to check in and to check out. We hated to leave it's such a wonderful home!
