My recent stay was excellent. The house was clean and the check-in process went smoothly. The location was great-an easy walk to downtown restaurants and groceries and gas were close by. I will stay at Jeff's place again.

This is truly a remarkable place to stay. So comfortable, nicely decorated, full kitchen with an island, fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer, updated and exceptionally clean. It feels more like someone's home than a VRBO. Would stay again in a heartbeat. And the host was exceptional.

Property was fantastic. Close to everything yet secluded in a nice quiet neighborhood. Jeff was very responsive with any questions we had. The home is adorable and perfect for two people and we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

This place is a GEM!! As a self-proclaimed clean freak this place did not disappoint. Extremely clean, and fresh smelling. The newly upgraded bedroom set was fantastic. The location can’t be beat. So many places within walking distance, my partner and I got our steps in! The kitchen is great. Coffee bar was a big treat for me. Body wash and shampoo in the bathroom, plus a magnifying makeup mirror so people with old eyes like me can see what they’re doing!A few things to make this place an 11 out of 10 would be olive oil to add to the spices provided, upgrade on the toilet paper, and a throw blanket to snuggle up in when watching your favorite movie in the living room. That’s it! This place is far and above other rentals we’ve stayed at, and we know when we come back to Phoenix that Jeff’s place will be the only place we’ll stay!!
