Spacious, beachfront, gulf view, family condo! This unit has everything you need for a wonderful beach getaway.
The space:
The condo features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a split floor plan. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, range, toaster, and an ice-making fridge. The unit features a full sized washer and dryer. The grounds are complete with a full sized tennis/pickle ball court, heated pool, hot tub, gas grills, and lots of lounge space! The beach is only steps away via private access for guests.
The condo also features beach towels, pickle ball paddles, a pack and play, a cooler, and four beach chairs for guest use.
Guest access:
Guest will have access to the entire condo. There is an assigned, covered parking space for guests.
The unit is a '05 unit, so it has a larger living area with more square footage than other units in the building (05s and 07s units feature extra square footage). This makes it a great choice for families!

This condo was very comfortable and in a great location. The hosts let us check in early which was wonderful. Great communication when needed. Plenty of space for 5 of us. The view from the deck was better than pictured. Sunsets every night. So easy to get to and from the beach. A little noisy outside at times and there was construction going on next door on the weekdays that was pretty loud sometimes. Great that there was an elevator and a trash chute. Some of the kitchen items were pretty worn so the owner said he’d take a look at all of that soon. I’d totally stay here again. The grounds were well maintained and fun stuff to do with the pool, tennis, pickleball, bags. Just a great place. Tricky to park a large vehicle in there but I did it for a week you can too!

An excellent unit, beach, pool, tennis/pickleball at your doorstop. The grounds were in excellent condition . Very comfortable, well furnished unit and excellent kitchen space and equipment. The host was extremely pleasant and immediately available for any questions and helped immediately with help for the TV/cable/streaming.

Fantastic stay! Very spacious, clean and well equipped accomodations. Great view of the ocean off the balcony and just a few steps to the beach and the pool. We loved the area, lots of great restaurants within an easy walk or drive. Great place to bring your family for a relaxing beach visit. Can't wait to go back!

Outside pool, tennis court, beach access was excellent. Didn't have many questions but response from the host was quick and thorough. Very spacious and centrally located!
