Set among the pines, Big Leaf 7 is a spacious Sunriver retreat designed for families and groups who want room to gather, relax, and enjoy the best of Central Oregon. The great room has the warm character of a classic Sunriver getaway, with comfortable leather seating, a Smart TV, exposed wood beams, and a gas fireplace that creates an inviting place to gather after a day outdoors. The open kitchen and dining area keep everyone connected, with seating for ten at the dining table and two more at the kitchen counter. The fully stocked kitchen is well suited for big breakfasts, easy dinners, and all the in-between moments that make a vacation feel relaxed.
The sleeping arrangements offer flexibility for families and larger groups. On the main level is a bedroom with a queen bed and TV, with a full bathroom nearby. Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed, TV, and private ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and shower. The third bedroom is a spacious bunk and game room with two pyramid bunks, each with a twin-over-full bed, along with couches, a TV, foosball, and an attached bathroom.
Outside, the fully private hot tub on the back deck offers a peaceful place to unwind beneath the stars after a day of biking, golfing, hiking, or exploring the river.
Six adult cruiser-style bikes make it easy to take advantage of Sunriver’s paved pathways and explore the community at your own pace. Spend the day out and about, then return home for a soak in the hot tub, a quiet evening by the fireplace, or a little friendly competition upstairs.
Please note that this two-story home has single-zone air conditioning, so the upstairs may remain warmer than the main level, sometimes by 10 degrees or more. Fans are provided in each bedroom, and Sunriver’s cooler evening and morning temperatures can help keep the home comfortable.
For guest awareness, there is one exterior security camera at the front door, positioned to view the entry only. It does not view any interior spaces or the back deck and hot tub area, and it is not operational during guest stays.
Planning a larger family gathering or group trip? Big Leaf 7 can be booked alongside nearby Big Leaf 18, allowing everyone to stay close while still enjoying their own space.
AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Small family reunion. Perfect setup for us: 21-32 years old. I would definitely recommend this home. Updated and plenty of supplies for the guests.

The house was great for a family. Size, location and amenities were perfect and having bikes available made it nice to not have to bring our own. Only reason we have it an overall 4 vs a 5 is the hot tub had issues. The control panel did not work well and would not allow us to increase the heat. Many of the hot tub jets did not work and the ones that did were not very good. Lastly, on the last day we couldn’t get the fee working jets to turn on. I notified the property manager immediately who said they would have someone come out to look at it but nobody ever did. They gave us a small discount for our last day. Besides the hot tub issue the house was a 10.

We loved this house because it was spacious and had a separate room for kids with bunk beds. Kitchen was great as well, full of everything you need for cooking or barbecue. Overall we had no issues, happy with this rental property and absolutely recommend it!

We had a great stay. The home was clean and as advertised. It would be helpful to have a guest book of some kind; however, the info placards were helpful.
