Absolutely stunning property. Very clean, open, private, and comfortable. I love that they payed attention to detail in this house. Looks just like the pictures. We felt like home sweet home on vacation. Property is well kept, convenient to Hilo town and volcanoes. Awesome communication, got back to us right away on questions we asked. Definitely would stay here again.

Overall the house was nice and very clean. The neighborhood is nice but it is 20 minutes from the restaurants and places to see in Hilo so we traveled back and forth a lot.
As for the house, it says A/C which means a large unit in the living room and a smaller one in the master BR. Given how hot it gets, you need these to be one for a few hours before bed to get it cool enough to sleep. We managed but it would have been better if all the ceiling fans worked. The one in the twin BR didn't work at all and the one in the other guest BR worked only on a very slow setting. If these were fixed, it would be more comfortable without so much reliance on the A/C.
