A further edition to the Benicabo Property Management group holding, this perfectly located quiet front line 4th floor apartment although built in the heart of the Rincon de Loix, Benidorm, is peaceful enough to sit on the front balcony and watch the world go by. Benidorm's famous Levante beach, for that all important sunbathing, is just 30m from the blocks entrance doors, for those who like the late nights and disco dancing Benidorms night life is only 2 streets back leaving the normal holiday atmosphere with restaurants and bars right on your doorstep.

Brilliant location. The checkin process was smooth and easy, we were even allowed in early, so the hosts really did put themselves out to help. The apartment was fresh and clean and the additional room fans to compliment the air conditioning is a great touch. I would absolutely book again with these guys!

Great location, close to shops, bars cafes/restaurants.Apartment is very comfortable and hosts (Ali & Shaz) are easily contacted and helpful.

Door lock a problem to open every time. Intercom not working. No instructions for hob. Freezer leaking water as needed defrosting. Oven dirty. Small bedroom window blind difficult to operate as wardrobe too close to window wall. Clock on wall not working. Location of flat 10 out of 10 though.
