About this house rental
Enjoy this quaint cottage-style home. This home was freshly painted inside & outside & has all new stainless appliances fall of 2024. The couch & chairs were replaced June 2026. Both bedrooms are made up with beautiful designer linens and pillows. The living room has a new 55' flat screen TV. Master bedroom has a King bed with 48' flat screen TV. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed. This home is equipped with WIFI, cable TV and washer/dryer. ***Please note this is a NON SMOKING home.
Full kitchen with Keurig coffee maker and regular drip coffee maker. Everything you could need in this home away from home. The eating area seats 4 and overlooks a screened porch. Outside seating for 4 and a private fenced backyard. Enjoy the gas grill or hammock for those lazy day, relaxing moments. Two bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels & beach toys are available on site for your use.

Rented for me & husband - family wedding on Siesta Key. Our nephew & wife joined for 2 nights. House is older, but everything has been redone. Super clean and quiet (close to main road...feared road noise but had none)! We prefer 2 baths with 4 people staying, but given our guests stayed only 2 nights, we managed w/1 bath well. Note: BRs are adjacent, and footsteps are audible in middle of the night. We found the master BR's king mattress so comfy. For us, however, the guest BR's queen mattress was too firm. We switched mid-stay so our guests to enjoy the king BR. Although the queen was very firm, we were able to sleep & had no morning aches. Perhaps the owner offers 2 mattress types accommodate different renters' preferences. We suggest a mattress topper be made available so renters can add it for comfort, if desired. We used the kitchen for making breakfast and snacks, and it seemed well equipped. Laundry facilities worked well...was happy an iron & board were available to press wedding attire. We enjoyed the screened-in porch (seated 6...nice when our local nephew and wife stopped over one evening). Beach gear was very new...bikes available, too! Starter pack was better than most rentals...even offered a small box of "in case you forgot" toiletries. Very close to Siesta Key without being in middle of the hubbub! Owner(s) were very friendly and made check-in simple. Wish check-out time were 11AM vs 10AM for us old folks. Would stay again. Thanks!

Outstanding place for our Memorial day weekend. Beautiful house located in very nice, safe area. Very close driving distance to Siesta key beach and had all the beach gear we could ask for. House was clean, bed was very comfortable, and communication was excellent. Thank you!
