About this villa rental
Just outside the centre of the coastal town of Santa Eulalia del Río, the Ibizan villa Can Marsá de Baixis located on a 6,000 m² plot and offers its guests a maximum level of privacy. The holiday home, with its beautiful wooden ceilings, has a cosy living/dining room with a wood burning stove, a very well-equipped kitchen with a cooking island, 3 bedrooms (one bedroom with a dressing room and the other 2 with 2 single beds each), 3 en-suite bathrooms as well as a half-bath with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The house can therefore accommodate 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, a fireplace, a TV as well as a high chair. Outside there is a large private pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. The beautiful planting of the garden creates a relaxed holiday atmosphere, while you prepare fresh meals in the barbecue area, eat them in the dining area under the leaf canopy or leave everyday stress behind in the lounge area on the covered terrace. You also have a fantastic view of the Puig de Misa. A supermarket is 800m away and a restaurant is 350m from the house. Playa Niu Blue - a dreamlike, secluded sandy beach - is 5 km from the accommodation and awaits visitors with crystal clear water and fine sand.
