Villa Llevant is a house in classic Menorcan style located in the well-known area of Cala´n Blanes / Cala´n Brut.

The villa consists of a beautiful and pleasant garden with a swimming pool area, and a covered terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the warm summer evenings.

Inside it is divided into two floors. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee maker. A cosy lounge / dining room and toilet. Free WiFi for guests.

On the upper floor there are 3 double bedrooms (with air conditioning), one of them with a double bed with en-suite bathroom and the other 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each sharing a bathroom.

Villa Llevant is located next to Villa Llebeig which has identical characteristics and makes it possible to accommodate two families who want to stay in two nearby villas.

For groups made up of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.



During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.

The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.



The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.



Tourist tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of les Illes Balears, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
