Location: Mountain Brook Condos are located just minutes from the Base Lodge on Cahill Lane, nearby the Morning Glory Trail. 7.8 miles to downtown Rangeley, 14.8 miles to downtown Oquossoc, and 1.7 miles to Saddleback Base Lodge.

ample space, perfect ski in/out location. our family of six had tons of room. only negative is the septic smell outside the condo building (noticed it at other condos we have rented). not enough to deter us but worthy of mentioning.

Everything was as promised. The unit was very comfortable for 5 adults. When we couldn't turn on the fireplace and called, maintenance came over immediately and took care of it. Every time it snowed our front and back entrances were cleared quickly. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Great mountainside condo. Clean, well equipped and just off the slopes. Morton and Furbish are great to work with. Very responsive and professional. Recommend familiarizing yourself with location of trail down to south branch lift and trail down to the condo. Great access to/from the condo but location of the trails are not well marked. Definitely would rent the unit again on a return trip.

So enjoyed our weekend at the Mountain Brook condo. It was perfect for two couples up for the Benefit concert. It was well equipped and very cozy.
