we always stay on the via Marsala side of termini in Rome and this is by far the most spacious and easy to access hotel.we are a family of 4 and the room has separation between the kids area and parents, plenty of space for luggage, and two bathrooms which were spacious with great pressure. wifi worked well and a small desk is available if you need to follow up on emails or do a little work. tv's in both sleeping areas. Beds were also very comfortable. super clean and the a/c worked well. total bonus in rome. I will stay here again.
did not offer water in the rooms or offer a water fountain. so we needed to go out late at night to buy. No issue if you arrive during the day, but late at night after a long flight it is not what you need. conad is right across the road.

Bed wasn’t the most comfortable

The location was good. The facility was okay.
The 1st time we stayed, the room had no refrigerator. The soaps were tiny and the room was small. The next time we stayed, the room was better. The doors were locked and hard to open and the front desk was locked until 8 am.
