About this villa rental
Villa Ma-Nita is located between Valencia and Alicante in the quiet Monte Pego residential area, at the end of a cul-de-sac.
The main floor (upper level) is accessed via an external staircase and features a living-dining room, a kitchen with dishwasher, a master bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with a French bed (135 cm wide), a bathroom with toilet, shower, and bidet, as well as another bathroom with toilet and bathtub. From the living and dining area, you can step onto the main terrace, which is partially covered. Here you will find a pool (8 x 4 meters, usable year-round, unheated), a dining table, six chairs, six loungers, and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
The lower floor is accessible via a separate entrance (no internal staircase) and offers a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with toilet and shower.
German and Spanish TV channels are available. A washing machine and dryer are provided.
A carport offers space for one car, and another car can be parked in front of the carport.
The house and property are for your exclusive use. Dogs are allowed (free of charge).
Smoking and use of the fireplace are not permitted inside the house.
Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests booked.
