The only thing I have as an improvement is some of the beds were really high up and my parents had a hard time getting in them. They were super comfortable though. The only other thing is the knives were very dull and you couldn’t cut anything with them. It was a beautiful spot and the view was spectacular. My family really enjoyed the place and the stay.

Lovely home with recent remodel. Very clean. Manager next door was responsive to questions. But there were a few downsides to be aware of if considering. While the house feels new, it is a 1980's house with design challenges. The primary suite is gigantic and fabulous. But there is no door into the sink area of the bathroom, so no privacy and can't turn on lights without disrupting bedroom. Beyond sink area is a door to the toilet/shower area. Beyond that laundry. Primary bathroom is really only usable by the people in primary bedroom. The second bedroom upstairs is really small. Two downstairs bedrooms are average size but the bathroom is small and dated. The toilet/sink near front door is the size of an airline toilet. This house would work better for a family with kids and less well for a group of couples. The furniture is lovely but is mostly covered by stretchy protective covers that didn't stay on very well. Covers detracted from the otherwise beautiful vibe.Kitchen well stocked, but no working can opener and needs better cutting board.Towels were great quality but bed sheets were low quality. Extra fridge in garage was helpful and we enjoyed the kayaks. The outdoor seating was great. They did not clean the beach - it was covered in seaweed. Did not receive a contract until two days before checkin. So no way to say no even if disagree. Contract should be up front.Overall, 5 star price and really 4 star experience. Some small updates could help.
