Newly remodeled , 20 min walk to the lake. 20 min drive from downtown and 25 min from airport. Second floor of two flat family owned and well maintained. Quiet place . Come and enjoy this beauty .Won't be disappointed.

Great stay! We visit Chicago at least once a year and try to stay in different rentals to depending on the trip/travelers. This is one of best homes we’ve stayed in. Super convenient to north shore and downtown. Parking in the rear- though there was plenty of street parking. Comfortable. Clean. Very reasonably priced. Truly a delight. We will stay here again.

This property was amazing. It was warm and cozy. Kitchen was beautiful and well stocked for cooking and entertaining. We had a great dinner and the living room was perfect for new year's activities. The bedrooms were cozy and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Would recommend this property for any family gathering.
