The only issue was that the pool was very cold. Could have been warmer. Other than that, it was excellent.

This is a fantastic property! The pictures don’t do it justice! Great layout, fantastic neighborhood and great host! Will definitely be making this a go to place when I come to Phoenix with the family! Very clean, modern and comfortable! Also we really enjoyed the quiet in the neighborhood and kids loved the pool! Close to shopping as well!

distances away from the airport, downtown
Phoenix, 15 mint from downtown phx snd downtown Tempe . Great place to sit back,
relax, and grill. Have little ones ! For those who want to
explore we have a golf course, restaurants, casinos
