The Singing Sands beachfront home is a great choice for a relaxing beach getaway. There are gorgeous wide views from the upstairs great-room, showcasing stunning sunsets, a secluded beach, and views of Cape Lookout and Cape Kiwanda. This family owned home has been lovingly cared for, is nicely stocked, and very comfortable.

Neighborhood:
The village of Tierra Del Mar is a small community of traditional beach homes 3 miles north of Pacific City along the Three Capes Scenic Route. There are several quiet lanes lined with both historic cabins and larger beach homes that all lead to direct beach access. All homes in Tierra Del Mar are a quick, easy walk to the beach. The beach here is quiet and long—beachcombers can walk for hours down this lengthy stretch that is relatively undiscovered. It is a good spot for beachcombers who often find agates and Japanese glass floats. Sandlake Dunes recreation area is 4 miles to the north.

We have been offering beach rental homes for more than 30 years. Reliable management means responsive service, insider guides to the area and a better vacation experience. Our nearby office is staffed 7 days a week ensuring that homes and guests are taken care of if any needs arise. We look forward to accommodating your next beach trip. Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

We enjoyed our time here. The ocean views are spectacular! It would have been great to have the outside deck on the ocean side and it was kind of odd to be on the road side, but we spent most of our time in the living room just watching the waves. Good accommodations and had most everything we needed. You might want to bring your own pans though because the ones there are worn and Teflon peeling off. Overall, it was a great stay!

The view and beach access are amazing! This house has all the basics. Be aware the third bed is a fold out in the entryway. Fine for a kiddo, but would be rough for an adult. Kitchen is well stocked, only thing we noticed lacking were bowls. The driveway is steep. Someone else mentioned 4 wheel drive being helpful and I laughed. It actually was helpful to put it in 4 for the short steep part, lol. We have visited this house multiple times and I’m sure we’ll be back. So fun to walk out the door onto the beach with our pups!

The house has outstanding views, great beach access and a good location just north of pacific city.
Unfortunately it's a bit dingy & run down & it's debatable if it actually sleeps 5. It's a big stretch to expect 2 adults to sleep in a full size bed.
With a small amount of basic maintenance, cleaning and upgrading this house could be a 10.
