Great gathering space and well equipped kitchen. Unfortunately the dishwasher was broken when tried to use it and the property manager didn’t follow through with repairing it. Also the bench in the kitchen was ready to break so we didn’t use it. The location is so lovely and they layout so conducive that we will give a couple of suggestions hoping they are addressed when we return. It’s time to replace the couch cushions. It’s a great couch design—just needs new foam. And the caulking in the shower stall is not up to the standard of the rest of the house renovations. Lastly some sort of outside fire option (propane) would be lovely. The beach is only two houses away with wide space for lots of sand play. The rental will forever be a part of our five-year-old grandson’s first memories of the ocean.

Clean, close to the beach, toddler-friendly, and quiet. Enjoyed staying here and would return for another stay.

The house was nice and clean. Being close to the beach and town was also nice. Neighborhood and location was sketchy. A little noisy at night. Neighbors were burning furniture in an open fire pit one night. The house was great, but location was less than desirable considering what we paid to stay there.
