Our family of four lives on the main level of the home, while guests enjoy a separate basement suite with a private entrance and self check-in. Located in a quiet community just off Route 1, you'll be perfectly situated between Rehoboth Beach and Lewes.
We are only 5 miles from Rehoboth Beach, the Rehoboth Boardwalk, Lewes Beach, and Cape Henlopen State Park. Shopping, restaurants, Tanger Outlets, mini-golf, go-karts, a water park, movie theater, and other attractions are all within 1–2 miles.
The suite features:
• One private bedroom with a queen-size bed and closet
• Full bathroom

Wonderful spot to stay. Owners are very kind and responsive. Easy access! No stairs and room for 2 cars if needed. Place was VERY clean and quiet. Towels were so soft Only thing I would have to say is it wouldve been nice to have toothpaste (only because we forgot ours) and a pad of paper and something to write with. (and only cuz we were playing cards and wanted to keep score, haha!) The place was amazing, Thank you!!!

Upon short notice, my daughter and her friend wanted to take a trip to the beach and everything was booked or crazy expensive! I was able to come up on this listing and it did not disappoint. Property looks just like the photos. Very clean and uncluttered. Pull out sofa was very easy to set up. The drive was 13 minutes to the beach from the house. Very easy to get to. Host was very responsive.

My husband and I had the best time staying at this home. Everything was a smooth and peaceful experience, from checking in, to communication with the property owner, to the stay itself. The home was extremely clean, modern and beach themed which we loved. This home had extra attention to detail put into it (it had a coffee bar, bathroom accessories, extra blankets, smart tv, and even had chicken nuggets in the freezer! Lol) . The hosts went above and beyond our expectations, and the price was unbeatable for the location. We will definitely be coming back!!
