About this apartment rental
Professionally decorated and completely renovated, come enjoy the world-famous sugar white beaches of the Emerald Coast in this beautifully decorated condo. This 1430sq foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a 30 foot private Gulf front balcony, high speed wireless internet and free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) This spacious condo has a luxurious king size bed in the master bedroom, the guest bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds. Both bathrooms have custom walk-in showers. The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets and counter tops. A full-size washer and dryer can be found in the laundry room. This condo has tile throughout the common areas, with carpet in the bedrooms. A separate ice maker can be found in the wet bar. This is an end unit with spectacular west views of the sunsets and pool! A reserved indoor parking space completes this unit.

We loved every minute of our stay at Gulfgate. In the office, Grace was fabulous from the moment we first made contact on check-in day. Our condo was decorated beautifully, and had everything we needed and then some. The rooms are spacious and the view was gorgeous. We look forward to staying here again!

We enjoyed the condo! A perfect location! We walked to The Back Porch several nights for dinners. It was fun seeing dolphins from our balcony! The condo was clean, adequately stocked with towels, dishes, etc. it was an easy check-in and out process. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay in 306 this trio. Lots of upgrades. We have been coming to Gulfgate for a lot of years and always like this property. I like the fact that it’s gated and staff is friendly and it is always clean.
