About this apartment rental
Large three bedroom, two bathroom apartment for rent on via Orcagna in Florence. Perfect for medium and long-term stay rentals, this beautiful house can accommodate up to a maximum of 8. The house enjoys large spaces and very pleasant views both on the street and on an internal courtyard. The living area consists of a large living room with sofa bed and TV and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking. There are three bedrooms, two with a queen bed and one with two single beds. A further strength of the house are the balcony and the terrace which provide precious outdoor spaces.

This property was clean and spacious. It was conveniently located to a wonderful pizzaria, La Luna, a pasticceria, and only 20 minute walk to the main square. It was perfect for our group. Our only complaint was the pull-out sofa was terribly uncomfortable because of the bars. Our only suggestion was to include a towel in the kitchen.

We liked the apartment. It was comfortable for 4 friends and within walking distance of many sights. We enjoyed the terrace. The problem was with the showers. One did not drain and the other had no hot water. The host was communicative. After many attempts to fix it myself with their help, they said they would send a handyman but nothing was ever fixed. 4women staying 4 nights with no decent shower is not acceptable.
