About this house rental
This gorgeous and spacious nine-bedroom/five-bathroom home is sure to impress you from the moment you arrive. The ample living space is perfect for large groups or families. The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Downstairs you have a bedroom featuring a queen bed. Upstairs you have five bedrooms featuring a queen bed, a bedroom with two twins and a full bed, another bedroom featuring two twin beds, and the master bedroom featuring a king bed and attached bath. A full-size washer and dryer are at the home for your use, however we do not provide laundry detergent, so keep that in mind when preparing for your trip. Enjoy the loft of upstairs for a movie with your family and friends or check out the private swimming pool with spa out on the patio. Optional add-ons for your stay: you can request to have the pool/ hot tub heated for an additional cost of $70 per 5 nights. Each additional 5 nights stayed would be an additional $70 for pool heat. We also have grills available for rental for $50 based on availability. This specific home is pet friendly. We do not charge a pet fee. However, pets are prohibited from being on furniture or beds. A pet cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged to the card on file for any violations to this rule.

Once you’ve explored the home, head over to the Oasis Club for more fun! With your reservation, you are granted complimentary access to the resort’s amenities such as a lazy river, water park with slides, volleyball courts, an arcade, gym, and so much more! The Championsgate community is also surrounded by several restaurants and shopping centers for all your needs. Please keep in mind we provide a few toiletries to get you started for your stay, however any additional items would need to be purchased yourself.

Every time I had a question or problem I was able to call or email and got a response right away. I called about a problem with one of the toilets , I called and someone was there within 10 minutes and the problem got solved within 15 minutes.

3rd time staying…I love love love itHowever it’s time to put a few dollars into some NEW PATIO CUSHIONS near the pool…& new living room sofa & the upstairs sofa…as it is very worn out now.Communication is great when reaching out to the host..

Kept taking us in circles trying to get to the right check in gate. The door handle was broken kept falling off, not enough cook wear and small pots only to cook rice and veggies, one large pot with no lid for a house that sleeps that about of guest. I highly recommend upgrading the cook wear.
