Comfy new beds, furniture and linens. Full finished basement. Located near several lakeside restaurants and only 15 min from Downtown Effingham! Dock is available to park your boat.

We had a great time but were disappointed that the dock and boathouse were unusable. The host was very helpful which was appreciated since we were unfamiliar with the area.

This was a very clean, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood that had everything we needed. We appreciate that it was pet friendly and on the water. Highly recommend!

This is a great property for a family! Plenty of beds and bathrooms. And everything was very clean. Christy was a an excellent host! She provided all necessary information prior to our arrival and was very responsive during our stay. We’d definitely stay here again!
