As you enter the Summit Dreamers Den, you'll immediately feel the warm and cozy atmosphere that our condo exudes. The spacious living room features a comfortable seating area, a flat-screen TV for your entertainment, and a beautiful fireplace, perfect for curling up by after a day on the slopes.
The dining area includes a dining space with seating for four and a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials needed for preparing delicious home-cooked meals. Though our condo has an older charm, you'll find everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The two bedrooms offer a serene retreat after a day of adventure. Each bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed. The shared bathroom is equipped with all the necessities for a relaxing stay.
Step out onto the large private balcony to take in the stunning views of the resort and surrounding mountains. It's the ideal spot for sipping your morning coffee, enjoying an evening glass of wine, or simply breathing in the fresh mountain air.

Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is listed on your reservation. This is a non-negotiable city requirement.
-Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This means all noise, including outdoor conversations that must remain at a considerate level.
-Smoking: This is a non-smoking property, which includes vaping and marijuana within 100 feet from the building.
-Exterior Cameras: Exterior cameras are in place for the security of the property and building. Interior spaces are fully private and cameras are reviewed only if an issue is reported.
-City Compliance: This property operates under a Steamboat Springs short-term rental license. Violations of occupancy or noise rules are reportable to the city and taken seriously by both us and local code enforcement.

Sept. 2025. Very nice & well kept up. Comfortable beds. Great communication with the hosts! One thing to be aware of: parking is "above" the building. There were 22 steps going down, then 8 going up to the entrance. The stairs are well maintained, but is a lot to haul our things to/ from. We went for hiking, so it wasn't a big deal for us. But might be a challenge for some people.

What a fantastic trip! We had an amazing time staying at this property. Amazingly close to the slopes (5 minute walk) and a short walk to the bus stops for free transportation around town. The place itself was so cozy and well spaced that we barely wanted to leave. Very well taken care of with lots and lots of additional supplies that we didn’t anticipate being in residence. Lots of games and other fun things to keep you occupied as well! We had great communication with our hosts and appreciated everything they did for us! Overall we had an amazing time and hope to visit again soon!
