You will have use of the entire unit. Check-in details are provided to you after you book. On the day of your arrival, our team will provide you with the most updated door code, detailed directions, and other important information regarding your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Near the ski mountain and town, you will find the best of all adventures Steamboat has to offer!
Getting Around:
Steamboat's Free bus, Purple line, stops 504 and 505 are at this property. To go to town or the mountain a transfer is needed, inform the driver of your goal and they will assist you in the transfer.
Other Things to Note:
This units entrance is located on the first floor and has a spiral staircase to the second level. No elevator is provided at this community.
The fireplace is disabled for the summer season May - November.
The amenities are controlled by the community HOA and we do not have control over any closures, cleaning days, or any other reasons for them to not be open for guests. If these are very important to you for your stay, kindly reach out to our team to ensure they are going to be open during your visit.
Please Note: Only one parking pass is available for the unit, which is highly enforced during our peak visiting season.
Located on the free city bus route, there are two bus stations by this complex, Lower Rockies and Upper Rockies. This route loops around the Rockies and makes various stops at the mountain area on its route back to the Mountain Village/Gondola Transit Center and easy evening trips to downtown Steamboat Springs or the grocery store.
Like most mountain homes, this unit is not equipped with AC. We provide fans in the summertime to pool the cool night time mountain breeze inside.

Evergreen Escape was a great stay. Booked a last minute trip to steamboat to meet up with some friends. Close enough to the square to get to gondola in a 10 minute walk with gear on / 5 min if no gear. Close to storm peak bus stop, Steamboat Grand and downtown. Host was fantastic with communication. Super easy to get in and out of unit. Nice touches with the aesthetics of the place.Great stay!

place was clean and hosts were very responsive! Not sure we fully understood there was a spiral staircase upstairs to the bedroom and the bathroom was on the lower level, but that very well could have been user error on our part and we didn't notice when we booked the place. Definitely wasn't an issue for us, but wanted to flag for anyone who has mobility issues or small children just in case. :)

The property is a great location! Then communication with the host was also great. The only thing that needed to be addresses was the cleanliness of the place. Though the price was fair, we did want to make note that the cleaning fee was high for the condition we found the place. All this to be said, we had an excellent time and would return.
