Very clean, not next to the water like we thought from the oics but was a short walk to the pool and marina area.

Communication with Eddy was great! The community was lovely and we enjoyed cruising around on the golf cart. The pool and pool area was big with lots of seats and shade.

Ants all over the kitchen counters and cameras constantly monitoring guests. Extremely slow golf carts that had a battery that was struggling and lasted an hour or so. No toilet paper and only half a roll of paper towels for a 5 day stay. Campground ammenities were nice to have!
