Unwind in this modern ground floor studio located in the heart of Sarasota, just a short stroll to Siesta Key. This inviting space offers a king bed, kitchenette, and easy access to a beautiful heated communal pool. You will love the prime location, situated within walking distance of vibrant bars, restaurants, and exciting water activities. Whether you are planning a beach day or a shopping trip, this well appointed studio is the perfect choice for a memorable stay. Book your relaxing coastal getaway at Siesta Shores today.
The Space:
Siesta Key Beach: America’s #1 Beach is located less than 2 miles away. You can drive (free parking), walk, rent bikes (approx $15/day), rent a golf cart, or hop on one of the many free rides that will take you straight there. Just tip the driver!
The closest public beach access is approx 10-12 min walk over the Stickney point Bridge.
There isn’t a thermostat inside of the unit. The a/c is set to 71. There is a fan in the closet too, and a/c vents can be manually adjusted in each room.
Inside your studio is a mini cooler, a Bluetooth speaker, 2 beach towels, bath towels, paper towels, toilet rolls and soap. These are all complimentary and we hope will make your stay as comfortable as possible. A hair dryer can be found in the bathroom too!
General maintenance, pool maintenance and cleaners may be onsite periodically, but they will not be inside your unit.
Guest Access:
The entire studio is private and just for you. No one will share this interior space with you.
Outside of your private front door is the pool deck. The pool and pool deck area is shared with any other guests who may be staying in the other unit at Siesta Shores.
The Neighborhood:
The studio is located in Sarasota, on the very last street before you go over the drawbridge onto Siesta Key. There are restaurants, etc on both sides of the bridge, and you’re within walking distance of them all!
Other Things to Note:
Check out is 10am. Additional time past 10am is charged at $100/hr, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Interaction with Guests:
No face to face interaction is necessary. You can do a self check in, and enjoy your stay without having to interact with the host. The host will be available during business hours to answer any questions you may have via call or text.

Contacted the manager/owner on first day with no response at all. Water pressure is bad. Good value though with a good location and amenities.
