ARCADIA/SCOTTSDALE - NEW BUILD!! 5 bed/4.5 Bath- all with private bathrooms - 2 Masters. Heated pool, 2 car garage. Great location minutes to Sky Harbor, Downtown, Old Town Scottsdale, and Biltmore. Great backyard with built-in bbq, fire pit, fireplace and views of Camelback Mountain. A true Chef`s kitchen with subzero/wolf appliances - 2 dishwashers & 2 islands w/12 bar stools and a dinning area. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a Jack/Jill bathroom. Arcadialuxuryrentals. We have two other homes for large/multi family bookings . One listing is one block North with 4 bedroom an pool available for combined 9 bedrooms 8 bath for large groups!!! We also have a Brand new build - listing is a mile north with 4 bedrooms 4.5 baths - both with heated pools!
Fee to heat the pool is $50.00 per night and must give Owner notice in advance to have pool ready upon arrival. Please advise when booked if you want the pool heated for your stay!
Please advise if you need the pool fence put up prior to arrival - Also if crib needed please advise so it can be set up prior to arrival as well.
You will have access to the entire house - two car garage and fenced back yard!

Amazing Arcadia Neighborhood - lots of local restaurants, bars, parks, hiking and golfing with minutes of home! Less then 10 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport in very quite family neighborhood!!!! Close to Downtown - Camelback Mountain Hiking! 5 minutes drive to Old Town Scottsdale - Locations is the best!!!

Many bike trails - walking and hiking trails

Great host, great amenities, great location. This house is perfect for a family. The host was so gracious and accommodating. It had everything we needed and more, from a crib, to high chairs, hooks in the bathrooms, large closets, pool toys, plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, I could go on and on. Highly recommend and we will definitely be going back. I have stayed at a lot of short term rentals and don’t often find a repeat. This is one for sure.

The host Carmen was excellent to work with. Quick responses, restaurants recommendations and providing all necessary information a head of time. The house was super clean, smelled wonderful and had all needed necessaties.

The overall experience was okay. The property manager reached out when I booked asking what I wanted the door code to be and I responded. I shared the code with our guests due to some guests arriving earlier than me to decorate the house for the party. When the first guests arrived the door code was not working. They tried multiple times but it wasn’t working. I called the property manager and she tried fixing the issue via app to the door lock. The code still did not work so she was forced to share her personal code with me to make it work. This caused a delay in decorating and the surprise was ruined. The main reason we chose this house was due to the heated pool. We had our conjoined bachelor and bachelorette party here and the main goal was to have a pool party. When we approached the pool it was not very clean and almost looked as if the pump wasn’t ran in awhile. The water was also cold. We reached out to the property manager and she stated I had to request the pool be heated 24 hours prior to our arrival. No where on the listing was that expressed. This led to our party ultimately being ruined due to guests not wanting to go swimming because of the cold temperature.
